so i've got ravi teaching me healing magic. he seems to be doing okay. says he hasn't had another switch since he first left. i told him he was free to come and go if he needed to, give him some space for himself. that seemed to put him at ease.

ps ravi makes a pretty hot woman. (me not so much.)

Oh fuck, I forgot about Anais. Nadir did mention running into her, said she got an offer from X-DAV about employment or something but he didn't know if she took it.

wish i could see her. nadir's never really interacted with other spellswords, not since he was in his twenties at least... he's usually been around... well, his merc group. don't see a reason they shouldn't get along despite that.

feels weird trying to worry about it now. i mean, even being able to communicate like this probably won't last long at the rate things are going.

shit. i just keep hoping nothing bad happens. i almost don't want him to get along with marlene, i've never met a dude with worse luck in losing people, and ... very little of it isn't my fault.

you know i never really went over it with him, but i kind of wonder how much he actually remembers of his league and marianne. i did switch him over from another server, and didn't go much into his backstory on everea, so there's mentions but... with the way it's been working, i wonder how much of his own backstory he knows.

[... that... is not going to make Nadir happy... but he must have realized it by now, right? Unless he's been avoiding thinking about it, too...]

yeah, not much to be done about it. i'll watch out for ravi.
